SLOW FOOD
The whole Agenzia di Pollenzo project has been devised and developed thanks to Slow Food, wich has turned the site into a place to reassert the idea of a new agriculture designed to satisfy the palate without poisoning the planet and to save species, farming and breeds on the verge of extinction through the Slow Food Foundation of Biodiversity
WINE BANK
Here, in the Agenzia's nineteenth-century cellars, more than 300 producers have decided to deposited some of their finest wines - among the very best in the peninsula - to build up a 'historical memory' of Italian wine.
THE UNIVERSITY
The feather in the cap of the Pollenzo complex is the University of Gastronomic Sciences, an international center of training, research and documentation at the service of fellowers of a new model of agriculture designed to preserve biodiversity and an organic relationship between gastronomy and agrarian sciences.
