What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open 24 hours a day.  

Which languages are spoken at the reception?

Italian, English, French, and Spanish are spoken.  

Where is the property located and how can it be reached?

The hotel is located at Via Fossano 21, Pollenzo (Bra), within the Agenzia di Pollenzo complex. It is easily reachable by car or taxi from the towns of Bra and Alba and from the airports of Turin and Cuneo.  

Is there parking available at the property?

Yes. The hotel offers a large free outdoor parking area and a covered garage with electric vehicle charging stations.  

Is the property equipped with an elevator?

Yes, the hotel has an elevator.

Yes, there is a private SPA featuring a sauna, Turkish bath, hot tub, two massage rooms, and a relaxation area with herbal tea corner.  

What are the spa/wellness center opening hours?

The SPA is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM by reservation. An additional fee applies.  

Do you provide a spa/wellness kit?

Yes, the hotel provides bathrobes and slippers.
