Ristorante Garden is part of the Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance and offers refined cuisine inspired by the finest products of the Piedmont region.
Seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers, Slow Food Presidia, and a deep passion for gastronomy are the foundation of every dish we serve—allowing our guests to discover the true flavour of an authentic slow cuisine.
Our wine list, curated in collaboration with the Banca del Vino, features an exceptional selection of labels from the Langhe, Roero and Monferrato.
Piedmontese cuisine is one of Italy’s most iconic culinary traditions, and at Ristorante Garden we embrace and reinterpret this heritage through the Slow Food philosophy.
With a view over the Agenzia’s park, guests can enjoy the classics of Langa: handmade tajarin, agnolotti del plin, vitello tonnato, braised beef, and more. Vegetarian dishes and fish-based options are always available, each paired with outstanding local wines.
For all guests of Albergo dell’Agenzia, Ristorante Garden offers both continental and international breakfast options.
You’ll find organic jams, honeys from the Roero, yogurt, and fruit juices from local farms. Cakes and pastries are freshly prepared in-house with organic ingredients, while savoury breakfast lovers can enjoy a seasonal selection of cold cuts—including Mortadella di Bologna, a Slow Food Presidia product.
A range of cheeses is also available: alpine herb tome, Nostrale, Bra Tenero DOP, and Tomino di Melle, another Slow Food Presidia.
The Bar at Albergo dell’Agenzia offers a curated selection of Italian and international wines, chosen with the support of the Banca del Vino, with particular attention to sparkling wines such as Alta Langa, Franciacorta, Trento DOC, Oltrepò Pavese, and Champagne.
A fine assortment of spirits is also available, including grappas, herbal liqueurs and digestifs.Guests are welcome to stop by for an aperitivo or a light lunch.
