Ristorante Garden collaborates with an extensive network of producers across Italy, committed to promoting good, clean and fair food while preserving our region’s biodiversity.
As part of the Slow Food Chefs’ Alliance, our chefs work every day with ingredients provided by farmers, breeders, cheesemakers, fishers, winemakers and artisans who respect the land and animal welfare.
This is why our menu features products that celebrate our territory, the thematic Slow Food networks such as Slow Beans, the Slow Food Presidia, and ingredients catalogued in the Ark of Taste.
Among the Presidia most frequently featured in our seasonal menus are Piedmontese cattle, the Carmagnola pepper, Riso Gigante from Vercelli, and the legumes used in the Slow Beans soup.
For special event menus, we draw from an even broader network of producers, allowing our guests to discover many other Italian Presidia such as Capocollo di Martina Franca, Castelmagno d’Alpeggio, Ramasin del Monviso from Valle Bronda, and tonno di gallina bionda piemontese.
All the local producers who provide the high-quality ingredients featured on our menu.
